About Me

Hi, I'm Brenda Humphreys and I love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you'll see what I mean.

I'm licensed to teach Zumba, Zumbatomic (for kids) Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold, Zumba Gold-Toning, and our newest program, Zumba Sentao. I am CPR/First Aid/AED Certified.
